Regional delegate for restoration in the commune of Neumarkt for 4 years, therefore responsible consultant and coordinator for reconstruction and restoration of the historic houses of the village and the pedestrian area.
On behalf of the VSF (South Tirolean Association of free employees) and as delegate of the SWR (South Tirolean Economic Group) Mr. Moroder was often member of consulting committees for the elaboration of urbanistic laws
