A wide range of communities assigned the Studio Architect Moroder to build several social and cultural buildings such as administration buildings, cultural facilities, sanitary establishments, fire departments, city halls, etc.
Most of the projects were realized after a careful analysis of complex space allocation plans and function schemata. Some of the developments were planned as mixed use buildings and became the new central facility for the community.
Also the specific requirements of a regional library or fire departments were planned by Wilfried Moroder and his staff all throughout the executive planning up to the last construction detail.
